Fabio Viviani, renown celebrity chef has partnered up with Nocturnal Hospitality Group to open Osteria Bar & Kitchen. Osteria is scheduled to open in September of 2019 in the NINE 15 building located at 903 N Franklin St. in downtown Tampa.
